How You Can Join and Support PAYR

A former music director at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Ryan Workman is a resident of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Active in local political campaigns, Ryan Workman is a member of the Pennsylvania Young Republicans.

The Pennsylvania Young Republicans is an organization that is committed to promoting the values upon which America was founded on: freedom, liberty, accountability, and personal responsibility – for all. Its members are dedicated to electing Republicans at presidential, congressional, state, and local levels.

You too can join the organization and help elect Republicans to leadership positions in the state. To join, all you have to do is apply through the organization’s website and wait for approval. You have to fill an application form revealing personal details such as your name, address, and phone number. You must specify exactly how you can help in campaigns (knocking on doors, making phone calls, hosting and volunteering at events, or volunteering on Election Day).

You can also opt to join the organization’s Republican Leadership Initiative, a six-week program that provides training for people who want to serve in political campaigns. You will have to set aside 15-30+ hours a week to finish the program. Through it all, you will develop your leadership skills, learn how to use campaign technology, and gain experience executing voter contact operations as well as events organizing.
